The model: Pricing follows scope: number of sites, deployment environment and onboarding level. Scoping produces a firm proposal before the pilot.
What is included: Initial configuration, methods-team onboarding, launch support and data export. Dedicated deployment options are quoted separately.
Pilot: Start with one representative line. Success criteria, duration and scope are agreed before launch.
