In most industrial SMEs, routing times end up in a spreadsheet. Every line has its own, the formulas differ from site to site, and the yamazumi goes stale as soon as demand changes. The day an operator has to move, nobody can say what it would gain.

We wanted to connect the three moments that get lost between each other: the reading, the calculation and the decision. A standard time must be defensible — signed, logged, tied to the readings that produced it — and every rebalancing proposal must be quantified rather than asserted.

StreamVAL is designed for the shop floor: a stopwatch driven with one key, gloves on; a calculation that lives in the tool, not in a parallel spreadsheet; recommendations ranked by severity and gain, which production and methods can challenge together.
